We recommend booking at least one week in advance for standard tours, and two weeks for custom private experiences. Popular dates during peak season fill quickly.
We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you if conditions require rescheduling. Light rain rarely stops our walks—we provide waterproof route cards. In extreme weather, we offer full refunds or alternative dates.
Family-friendly options are available on request. The Heritage Walk and Chatsworth Estate Tour work well for older children. We can adapt private tours for families with younger ones.
